Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jim Shore collectibles; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the figurine or collectible in its original branded box with all protective foam inserts to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your shipping carton and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
